Hi everyone!
As many of you know medical issues can be quite expensive, especially when you cant work due to the illness itself, because of this I have had to find some creative solutions for income. I started sampling , couponing and writing to companies. Doing all of these things helps bring in cheap/free foods, toiletries and goods and for my family. Another way I have learned to earn online is through a few awesome websites. A few of these websites like swagbucks or instagc allow you to earn gift cards online for doing offers , surveys and tasks. I also frequent websites such as influenster, points2shop, listia and pinchme. Below I have listed links to a few of my favorite sites in hopes that you might get some use out of them. Enjoy!

also, Enfamil and Similac are currently giving away tons of baby stuff when you register with them. Another great place to look for freebies are newsletters. Many restaurants such as Olive garden send out coupons in their emails, Dunkin Donuts will send you a free drink on sign up and Behhnnias will send a $30 dollars gift certificate on your birthday. There are a lot of restaurants who will give you free meals on your birthday. Stores do this as well, if you sign up with Victorias Secret they send a reward for a free panty or money of your next purchase.

The I/C diet
My medical conditions require me to take really good care of myself. One of the things I do is follow a special diet. I follow whats known as the IC diet, this diet eliminates acidic foods, preservatives and foods that irritate the bladder. When I don't follow this diet I have extremely painful flare ups of Interstitial Cystitis . I have been following this diet on and off for about 4 years now. I haven't been very good at eliminating all irritating ingredients and my symptoms have reflected this, so yesterday as a sort of new year resolution I started on the IC diet and vowed to stick to it for at least two weeks before I begin adding foods back into my diet.
update 6/23/2014
I have been following the ic diet now for nearly six months. I can tell a noticeable difference immediately if i stray from my diet. In addition to this diet i have also omitted all red meats. I am currently working on eliminating dairy, sugar , grains , carbohydrates , and high sugar fruits from my diet. I am making these new changes because i believe that I may have a imbalance of intestinal flora that could be contributing to my symptoms.
